Meet Our Employees
Becky Rus,
CEO
Becky
grew up in Alcester, SD, with two sisters, her mother,
who was a school teacher for many years and her father, who was Operation
Manager for REC. After graduating from high school, she attended Iowa
State College majoring in Ag Business and Animal Science.
Becky worked for a vet clinic/animal health
supplier for nine years before starting Livestock Concepts, Inc. in May of
1992.
In 1995, Becky married Marion Rus. Marion is a
livestock buyer and owns livestock markets and feedlots. They both share
their home with "Casey", a 10 year old Jack Russell Terrier.
In Becky's valuable "free time" she
enjoys raising and training barrel racing horses, traveling, going to the
Lakes, spending time with family, almost anything outside and work--yes,
she enjoys her work.

Betty Cooper,
Bookkeeping
Betty has been with Livestock Concepts since January 1996. She does the bookkeeping plus many other jobs around the office.
Betty has three daughters, Becky, our CEO: Belinda, who works with the DEA office: and Barb who also works in the animal health field. She also has four grandchildren and shares her home with 'Rattie', a 1 1/2 year old Yorkshire Terrier.
Pam
Purchasing/Sales
Pam has been with Livestock Concepts for almost 8 years. Pam was born and raised in Alcester, SD. After she and Mark were married they moved to North Carolina, as Mark was in the military service.
After being married for 20 years, Pam considers her marriage to Mark, and her two sons, Luke 18 and Zach 15 her most important accomplishments.
When not in the office, Pam enjoys spending time with her family and Butterscotch, a 3 year old Golden Retriever, walking, biking, camping, fishing, and on those rare moments of quiet, reading.
