Method of Payment:
We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. We Do
Not Accept American Express at This Time.
You can send a money order, cashiers check or personal
check. Please provide the driver's license number and state in which issued on
the check and a phone number where we can reach you. The customer's name,
address and check number must be imprinted on the check.
*** Effective Immediately: Any orders received from customers with an overdue balance may be placed on hold and not scheduled for shipment until the balance is paid in full and the ability to pay future invoices On Time is resolved ***
Shipping Charges:
Shipping is FREE with a $150.00 order or
more. This excludes any F.O.B. or hazardous charges. If your order is less than
$150.00 you pay the actual freight charged.
*** Effective May 15, 2006 *** a $5.00 handling fee will be added to orders less than $25.00.
Vaccine Orders:
In order to ensure the protection of
vaccines, we prefer to ship all vaccines on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to
ensure delivery before the weekend. You assume all responsibility for vaccines
sent outside the 2-day delivery. Vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please inform your sales person if you require special shipping and packing
instructions.
All vaccines must be shipped at some time. When placed in an insulated box and packed with ice, they can safely be shipped to you even in the summer time. When you receive your order, the ice packs may be melted, but rest assured they have done their job protecting your biologicals until you use them. Before you order, be sure the shipping methods and quantities of vaccines you choose are correct and afford the level of protection you believe you need. To shorten your "shipping time" your vaccines my be shipped Next Day or 2nd Day Air for an additional charge.
Biologicals are all labeled, use entire contents when opened.
All of our handling controls are based upon advice from manufacturer, professional consultation and rigorous internal control procedures.
Returns and Damaged Freight:
No returns after 14 days. Please call for
an authorization number within 48 hours of receiving your order before returning
any merchandise. Ship merchandise back to us via UPS or Parcel Post. (We are not
responsible for lost or damaged packages). If the package becomes damaged during
transit, please refuse the package and contact us immediately so we can file a
claim and reship the product to you. If you discover damage that was not visible
upon acceptance, or notice a shortage, call us within 24 hours so we can correct
the problem. Please keep the original container and the damaged product until
insurance claims have been cleared.
International Orders:
We DO NOT accept International
orders at this time !!!!
Changing Orders:
Great effort is made to make sure that all
orders are normally sent out the same day as received. To get this quick
shipping we must get all orders into our shipping department immediately. For
this reason, changes and additions cannot be made on orders once they are
processed. Any additions will be treated as a new order.
Prices:
We must, with the changes in market
prices, reserve the right to change prices without notice. Livestock Concepts,
Inc. cannot be responsible for typographical errors.
